During the winter months, Humpback whales are a common sight, as this is a centuries-old breeding ground and resting place following their annual migrations. Dolphin encounters are a regular, year-round occurrence, in large groups leaping
out of the water, or in pairs, riding the bow of the boats in the Bay.
The Bay of Banderas and the Mexican Pacific offer a sanctuary to a great profusion of natural attractions and sea life. Whales, dolphins, giant manta ray, tropical fish, and indigenous birds such as blue-footed boobies and red-billed tropicbirds are among the wonders you will experience.
